The development of drawings for submission to the local authority or the National House Building Council where required. Liaison with other consultants and statutory authorities including Environment Agency, fire officer etc.

Preparation of detailed specification for contractors to price. Aid in the evaluation of tender returns. Advise on building contracts and administration process.
